As kids are heading back to school, it’s important to think about safety when packing lunches.

Remember that perishable items should be kept below 4 degrees Celsius and hot items should be stored at or above 60 degrees Celsius. Using frozen freezer packs and preheated insulated containers can product children against food borne illnesses.
